It's an app that runs alongside your terminal window. Sidekick lets you select & share your current terminal session with your team members with no hassle. Once connected, you can both collaboratively write and run commands on the host computer.

Unzip the downloaded file
Move the app to the "Applications" folder
Open the app
Accessibility setup
When you open the app for the first time it asks for the Accessibility permissions and it automatically opens the Accessibility Access window.
The app needs the Accessibility permissions for opening Terminal windows when sharing
sessions.
You can give the app the necessary permissions by following these steps:
Click on the lock icon in the left bottom corner to unlock the settings
Click on the "sidekick" app in the list and allow accessibility
The app automatically downloads and installs the necessary files and configures your shell. It may take a while.
